Mental Wealth Management Plans
Identify what supports you to feel good and work well
Pressure is inherent in every job. Deadlines, responsibilities and relationships all place demands on us.
A certain amount of pressure can be motivating but when the demands become more than we can cope with, we begin to feel stressed which impacts our ability to think and work well.
Knowing how to protect ourselves from the negative impacts of stress means we can always perform at our best.
Creating a Mental Wealth Management Plan provides a means to work with wellness so that you can do, be, share and create all that you wish to in your work and personal life whilst protecting your mental health.
Having a Mental Wealth Management Plan empowers you to proactively manage stress and care for your wellbeing through increased understanding of your personal needs.
Session outline
Using mental wealth management principles and money management analogies, you will learn how you can protect your mental wellbeing which in turn safeguards your ability to think, feel and function well.
Through exercises and reflective tasks, you will identify how you think and feel when you are feeling good and what you notice when you are becoming stressed.
As you complete each task you will gain insight into what helps you stay in your A Game so that by the end you will have a wellbeing plan of actions tailored specifically to you and your needs.
Session outcomes
By the end of our session together you will have a personalised mental wealth management plan and know:
-
what supports you to feel good and work well
-
your personal stress signature
-
what causes you to become stressed at work
-
what helps you to feel better
-

What people say
Worklife Coaching
I have worked with many coaches and can highly recommend Tracey as a very effective wellbeing coach.
I was struggling with something at work. She helped me notice tension in the body related to my unhappiness with my work situation and showed me how to 'feel' what was going on and honesty examine it.
I could not have done this without help and, if not for Tracey's coaching, would probably have allowed the situation to worsen. I have since dealt with the situation and am much happier.

Following my stroke, I struggled with certain well-meaning interactions. I reached out to Tracey for help and during the discovery call she said we might become upset if others’ actions didn’t align with our expectations or values.
I went on to work with Tracey who helped me uncover my core relationship values through a very practical and easy process. Effortlessly taking large amounts of information from me, accurately summarising my thoughts and helping me to see what matters to me.
By the end of the session I had a list of my core values which has enabled me to enjoy socialising again, an important step in my recovery journey.

She has this knack of just 'getting it'. Such a skilled and empathic listener, she somehow manages to summarise all my 'waffle' into coherent and concise themes.
In just one session, she totally understood my imposter feelings and helped me to reconsider and reframe things. I left feeling quietly confident about my career goals and shifted from thinking 'what if I get found out' to thinking 'actually, I'm gonna smash this!'
