Worklife Coaching
Helping you stress less, focus better and have more energy
Is something to do with work no longer working? Do you feel stuck and unsure what to do?
Perhaps despite being busy, you always feel behind. You find yourself pulled in many directions, your concentration fades halfway through the day, and despite working hard, it feels difficult to make meaningful progress.
It might be that work doesn't stay at work anymore. You're juggling competing demands, thinking about it long after the day ends, and finding it increasingly hard to switch off.
Or maybe you're running on empty. You're no longer as engaged as you once were, feeling mentally and physically exhausted, and wondering how much longer you can keep going. Perhaps you've even checked into Burnout Hotel.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone anymore.
I know about all those places and can help you feel back in control, manage the load and master your worklife.

What is coaching?
I tend to think of coaching as a journey we go on together.
You decide where you want to go and what you'd like to achieve. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you navigate obstacles, explore options and stay focused on the destination that matters to you.
Whether you're looking to manage stress, recover from burnout, navigate workplace change or simply regain a sense of control, coaching provides time, space and support to work through challenges and decide what comes next.
Drawing on my expertise in workplace wellbeing, stress management and sustainable working, I'll help you develop practical strategies that support both wellbeing and performance.

Book a free Discovery Call
If you've not worked with a coach before, it’s natural to have questions.
That’s why I offer everyone a free discovery session.
This informal conversation gives us a chance to discuss what’s happening, explore what you’d like to achieve, and consider whether coaching is the right approach for you.
It's also an opportunity for you to learn more about how I work and ask any questions you may have.
There is no obligation to continue afterwards. The purpose is simply to help you decide whether coaching feels like the right next step.
Arrange a time to chat
Not sure if coaching is right for you? Let's have a conversation.
You can tell me what's going on and what you'd like to be different, and I'll share how coaching might help.

Your investment
Coaching support is tailored to your circumstances and needs.
During your discovery call, I'll recommend the most appropriate level of support and explain the investment involved before you make any commitment.
If you're looking for support with a specific issue, one-off coaching sessions are also available at £95 per session.
Final thoughts on coaching
Unlike counselling, coaching is primarily focused on the present and future.
While we may occasionally explore past experiences where helpful, our attention is centred on helping you move forward.
I won't tell you what to do or provide ready-made answers. I believe you are the expert on your own life and circumstances.
My role is to help you gain clarity, uncover possibilities, and take the actions that best support your goals, wellbeing and future.
Take care of you.
Wondering if coaching could help?
You don't need to be certain coaching is right for you before getting in touch.
Before committing, we'll have a conversation to explore what's going on, what you'd like to be different and how I might be able to help.
