Worklife Coaching
Helping you stress less, focus better and have more energy
Is something about work no longer working?
Perhaps despite being busy, you always feel behind. Your focus fades halfway through the day, and you're pulled in so many directions that it's hard to make meaningful progress.
It might be that work doesn't stay at work anymore. You're juggling competing demands, thinking about it long after the day ends, and finding it hard to properly switch off.
Or maybe you're running on empty. You're no longer as engaged as you once were, feeling mentally and physically exhausted, and wondering how much longer you can keep going. Perhaps you've even checked into Burnout Hotel.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone anymore.
I know about all those places and can help you feel back in control, manage the load and master your worklife.

What is coaching?
Coaches help people make progress. Sports coaches, for example, help athletes to improve performance and reach their personal best dreams.
Worklife coaching does something similar, but focuses on how you feel and function at work.
Together, we'll explore what's not working, identify ways to reduce overwhelm, and establish more sustainable ways of working so you can perform at your best without compromising your wellbeing.
Coaching to meet you where you are
To meet you exactly where you are, I offer two ways we can work together:
Clarity Hour
A one-off coaching session designed to help you think through a specific challenge, decision or next step.
Ideal if you're facing a difficult situation at work, feeling overwhelmed, or simply need space to think something through before deciding what to do next. Find out more about a Clarity Hour.
Coaching Programme
When looking to create meaningful, lasting change, most clients find six sessions provide the time, support and accountability they need.
I offer three distinct coaching pathways, each designed to help you move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed or out of balance towards a more sustainable way of working.
⚙️ Refine
For when you’re busy, but not as effective as you want to be
Where you are:
-
You're managing the day-to-day but feeling scattered
-
You face constant distractions or blurred boundaries
-
You want more focus, clarity and structure
What's happening
Work is getting done but not in a way that feels good. Your focus is fragmented, your day lacks rhythm and it feels like you’re always playing catch-up.
What we focus on
Designing your days around your energy, protecting periods of deep focus, and building sustainable productivity habits.
What changes
You develop a calmer, more intentional way of working. You gain a clearer structure, better boundaries, and the mental space to focus on what really matters.
⚡ Resource
For when you feel overwhelmed, overworked or low on energy
Where you are:
-
You’re carrying a heavy workload and rarely feel on top of it
-
The pressure is building and starting to feel constant
-
You think about work all the time and find it hard to properly switch off
What’s happening
You’re keeping up, but it’s costing you. Stress is accumulating, your energy is running low, and without enough recovery, it is becoming harder to think clearly or stay resilient.
What we focus on
Reducing stressors, restoring energy, and building a healthier rhythm or work and recovery.
What changes
You feel steadier and more in control. You gain practical ways to respond to pressure, protect your energy, and create a healthier rhythm of work and rest.
🌿 Recover
For when you’re close to burnout, or recovering from it
Where you are:
-
You feel exhausted and disconnected from yourself
-
You are feeling increasingly cynical about your work
-
You’re struggling to deliver what you used to
What’s happening
You’ve been pushing too hard for too long. Your system is depleted, and without the right support, it’s difficult to break the cycle of exhaustion.
What we focus on
Rest, recovery, what matters to you and a safe, supported return to healthy ways of working.
What changes
You begin to feel calmer, more rested, and more like yourself again. Over time, you rebuild your energy, regain your confidence, and develop a healthier relationship with work.
Not sure which pathway is right for you?
You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out.

What working together looks like
Each coaching pathway includes:
-
A personalised coaching plan: Tailored to your situation, needs and capacity.
-
6 x 1:1 coaching sessions: Focused fortnightly sessions to explore challenges, build self-awareness and develop new ways of working
-
Practical, sustainable actions: Simple, personalised actions designed around your energy, your role and how you naturally work.
-
Support between sessions: Access to me via email or WhatsApp whenever you need a sounding board or a fresh perspective.
-
30-day follow-up call: A dedicated check-in to celebrate your wins, troubleshoot any challenges and help you maintain momentum.
The journey we'll take
1. Explore the fit
A complimentary, 30-minute call to understand your situation, explore how coaching could help, and see if we’re a good fit.
2. Personalised recommendation
If coaching feels right, I'll recommend the most appropriate pathway and create a personalised coaching plan based on your priorities and circumstances.
3. Putting it into practice
We begin with a clear direction, then work through manageable action steps that help you create the change you are seeking.
4. Embedding and looking ahead
At the end of the programme, we'll review your progress, celebrate what's changed and agree how you'll continue building on your success.
Your investment
Creating meaningful change requires an investment of more than money. It also requires time, honesty and a willingness to try new approaches.
Coaching works best when you commit to the process and make space to put insights into practice between sessions.
Fees vary depending on whether coaching is self-funded or organisation-sponsored.
Wondering if coaching could help?
You don't need to be certain coaching is right for you before getting in touch.
Before committing, we'll have a conversation to explore what's going on, what you'd like to be different and how I might help.
