Hello! I'm Tracey, a mindfulness trainer and mental health champion.

 

I help people look after their emotional well-being by learning how to use mindfulness to focus their attention, step out of mental commentary and deal more skillfully with whatever life presents.

This website hosts my blog Practice Notes where you'll find articles about managing stress, protecting your mental health and how to bring mindfulness to all aspects of your life.

If you are interested in learning mindfulness, I offer mindfulness introductions (tasters), courses and drop-in meditation sessions to individuals and workplaces in person and via Skype.

I also advise on workplace well-being strategy development in particular around mental health.
