Inner Compass Calibration
Stop floundering and start flourishing
Are you wondering if you're in the right job?
Is your motivation starting to wane?
Is work becoming uninspiring?
Something has shifted but it's hard to pinpoint exactly what, or what to do about it.
You might be noticing:
-
You’re struggling to stay motivated
-
Your feel disconnected and unsettled
-
You’re doing your job, but with low energy
-
You questioning the impact of what you do
-
You feel stuck, but don’t know what needs to change
If you feel like this, you're not alone. And it doesn't mean something is wrong with you.
I work with many people who have become disengaged and disinterested in their work. More often than not, it's a sign that what matters to you isn't being sufficiently honoured in your current role.
The good news is you don't necessarily need to change your job.
But you do need to understand what's missing and what can fill those gaps and restore a sense of meaning and motivation.
That's why I created the Inner Compass Calibration programme.
It's designed to help you uncover what matters to you and take meaningful steps towards working in a way that's more fulfilling and engaging.

Inner Compass Calibration
Delivered over 5 sessions, this structured coaching programme is designed to give you:
-
Clarity about what matters to you,
-
Criteria for making confident decisions,
-
Confidence to take action that aligns with your needs.
Overview
Step 1. Discover your True North
Through guided reflection, you’ll identify what matters to you in work and why (your inner compass).
Step 2. Check your position
Like a navigator checking their bearings, we'll explore where you are now in relation to where you want to be. From there, we'll identify what's missing and what might help restore alignment.
Step 3. Set sail with intention
Building on the work from the previous steps, this is when you'll consider practical ways to bring your working life into closer alignment with what matters to you. Together, we'll shape a realistic plan and begin taking meaningful steps forward.
Step 4. Harness the wind
We'll reflect on your progress, recognise what's working, and ensure you have what you need to stay aligned, focused and intentional going forward.

What people say
From low motivation to purposeful action
I had been feeling unfulfilled, distracted and far from reaching my potential.
Tracey supported me to step back and really understand what was going on, helping me see what was working in my role and what needed to shift.
I left with both immediate actions I could take, and a much clearer sense of where I’m heading longer term.
What stood out most was the way the process required me to think deeply and take ownership. There were no quick answers — and that’s exactly what made it so powerful.

Everyone should do this!
Not something I had done before, I found this work really valuable and now think everybody should do it!
The sessions were really effective, without being over-complicated. I took something away each time we met. Between sessions I implemented the ideas I'd had and immediately felt the benefit.
Working with Tracey, I have gained clarity about what matters to me and the confidence to continue navigating my working life making choices based on what's most important.

Discovered what's important to me
Following my stroke, I often struggled with some well-meaning social interactions. I reached out to Tracey for help and during our discovery call she explained that we can become upset when another's actions don’t align with our principles.
I went on to work with Tracey who helped me uncover what I value in relationships using a very practical and easy process. Effortlessly taking large amounts of information from me, accurately summarising my thoughts and helping me to focus on what matters to me.
By the end of the session, I had a list of my core relationship needs which has helped me ask for what I want and enjoy socialising again, an important step in my recovery journey.
