What it is

 

A Clarity Hour is 60 minute, online coaching conversation designed to work on its own.


Acting as your thinking partner, I’ll ask thoughtful, targeted questions to help you think more clearly.

 

There’s no fixing, no advice giving, and no pressure to come with a neatly packaged problem.

 

It’s a focused and supportive space to:

  • Think through a specific challenge or issue

  • Make sense of what’s going on for you

  • Reflect on what matters most 

 

There’s no rigid agenda.  Our conversation is entirely led by what feels most important for you to explore.

A Clarity Hour is not therapy, counselling or mental health treatment.  Nor is it legal, medical, or financial advice.

Clarity Hours are particularly useful if you:

  • want a focused thinking space 

  • are navigating a specific, messy situation at work or in your wider life

  • feel ready to pause and reflect, rather than be told what to do

  • prefer a structured approach over emotional processing
